Chapter's Day of Service Meeting, Isaac Watson House, Hamilton NJ
Chapter members hosted its Day of Service Meeting at the Isaac Watson House in
Hamilton. After the meeting, members spent the afternoon writing thank you cards and bundling holiday cards for Veterans at the Menlo Park Memorial Home and active duty service military stationed overseas.
4th of July Patriot Packs

partnered in supporting active duty military stationed overseas by sending
4th of July Patriots Packs to members of 380th EOSS. Special thanks to Cindy
Hoge, GDFPH Chapter Service to Veterans Chair for all her hard work
coordinating and mailing the Patriot Packs.

Chapter members enjoyed a wonderful afternoon lunching at The British Chip Shop. Pictured top right - clockwise: Cindy Hoge, Linda Chesko, Donna Toncic, Marcia Szedula and Sally Bickford. Following lunch, members learned about life in a 1750 tavern as they toured the historic Indian King Tavern Museum.

Battle of Assunpink Creek Marker Ceremony at Mill Hill Park
On April 27, 2022, chapter members (pictured top left) participated in the unveiling of the DAR America 250! Patriotic Marker ceremony at Mill Hill Park in Trenton hosted by State Regent Bonnie Matthews (top right). Speakers included President General Denise Doring VanBuren (top middle), Mayor Reed Gusciora (bottom left) and past President General Lynn Forney Young (bottom right).

Community Service Award Ceremony
On the 12th of March, Matthew Reiter was presented with the DAR Community Service Award in recognition of his ecological restoration project (pictured right) of the Blue Trail in Crystal Lake Park as well as his efforts to provide a safe trail for visitors to the park.
